Bite-sized goodness, comin’ right up! Try out this recipe for Fruity Energy Bites made with Emergen-C® Protein Fuel & Superfoods.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole dates, pitted (about 10 dates)

1/2 cup dried mango

2 rounded scoops of Emergen-C® Protein Fuel & Superfoods Pomegranate Mango

1/2 cup cashew butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup finely chopped roasted cashews

DIRECTIONS:

Place dates and mango in a blender or food processor; pulse until very finely chopped. Then, add Emergen-C® Protein Fuel & Superfoods Pomegranate Mango, pulse to combine. Next, add cashew butter and salt; pulse until well-combined and almost smooth. Lastly, using your hands, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball then roll ball in chopped cashews to coat.
